Project: Golar FLNG — Offshore Pennington, Nigeria Scope: Subsea Design
Developed preliminary field layout designs and concepts covering riser configurations, flowline routing, manifold placement, umbilical termination architecture, and installation feasibility assessments for OML 86 and 88, alongside technical specifications and performance criteria for subsea equipment and systems.
Produced a slot subsea manifold concept with defined performance standards and initial layouts. Selected dry Christmas trees for clustered Funiwa and Middleton jacket wells, and wet subsea trees for satellite standalone wells. Prepared manifold and tree datasheets, and designed an electro-hydraulic-chemical umbilical with distribution equipment. Delivered initial cost estimates to guide budgeting and financial planning.
Project: UTM FLNG Pre-FEED — OML 104 Scope: Design Support Services and Manpower Supply
Provided process engineering design support: process simulation, PFDs, P&IDs, heat and material balances, equipment and line sizing, relief and blowdown studies, and hydraulic analysis for FLNG topsides and subsea tie-backs.
Delivered piping and pipeline design (route selection, wall thickness sizing, material selection, stress and flexibility analysis, support design) and instrumentation design (instrument selection, control valve sizing, shutdown logic, loop drawings, data sheets) for topsides and subsea control systems.
Defined subsea architecture (umbilicals, manifolds, trees, jumpers, flowlines) and performed flow assurance work: steady-state and transient analysis, hydrate/wax/corrosion risk assessment, chemical inhibition, and operating envelope definition. Prepared a subsea cost estimate to support investment.
Project: Nigeria Electricity Transmission Project (NETAP) — Lot 2, TC 2
Rehabilitation & Reinforcement of 330/132/33kV Transmission Substations (World Bank Funded)
Scope: 330/132kV Substation Construction Supervision Works
Provided QA/QC and construction supervision across 12 transmission substations, covering substation buildings and 330/132/33kV circuit breakers. Supervised construction of 330/132kV switchgears with associated protection and control equipment, and 330/132kV transformers, ensuring compliance with technical standards and World Bank requirements throughout execution.
